If you feel Armonia is the right place for your event, we will send you a booking link to begin the booking and payment process. You'll have 5 days to pay by bank transfer 25% of your booking (venue hire + any extras), after which your booking may be released.


You can begin preparing your retreat! We'll send you a free Facilitator Guide PDF which will include everything that you need to know to get yourself and your guests ready. Our team will be on hand by email and phone for questions relating to your booking, including discussing and booking any Extras.

Terms of Booking

Accommodation Details and Hiring Price

For bookings between December 2022 and April 2023, you can hire the whole estate at €500 per night. For bookings from April 2023 onwards, you can hire the whole estate at €750 per night. These prices include all facilities listed on our Facilities page.
The site can sleep up to 13 people (+1 facilitator). The studio can accommodate around 20 people. If there are more than 13 people in your group you can rent additional villas adjacent to our center. The villas have double rooms and swimming pools, and are available for rental through (search for “Douliana Villas”).

Extras, Additional Services and Equipment

The fee of €750 per night includes everything that is listed on our Facilities page. For any Extras, you are responsible to arrange and pay for any additional services or equipment that you may need, in advance. For more complex requirements, we are happy to help you if we are able to, for an additional fee. Please get in touch well in advance of your booking to discuss your specific needs.

Arrival & Departure

On the first day of your retreat, you can arrive from 2pm onwards. On the last day of your retreat, you must empty all bedrooms by 10 am and leave the site by 12 pm.

Cleaning arrangements

The common areas are cleaned daily and the private areas every 2nd day. For 7-night bookings, we also change the bedsheets and towels once. If your booking is less than 7 nights and you require changing of sheets and towels, this comes at an additional cost of €200 for all beds or €20 per bed. Please let us know your specific requirements well in advance.

Kitchen Use

Kitchen Use is included in our standard venue hire fee of €750 per day. If you are on a reduced rate and wish to prepare your own food instead of opting for our Catering Services, you may use the Kitchen for an additional €100 per day.

Terms of Payment

In order to secure your booking we need to receive a deposit of 25% of your entire booking cost. This includes your Hiring Fee as well as any Extras. The second payment is an additional 25% of the total booking cost, to be transferred 3 months prior to the date of your retreat. The final payment (the remainder of the total amount) is to be transferred two weeks before the start of the retreat.

Terms of Cancellation

If you cancel your booking within 72 hours of paying the deposit you will receive a full refund. After this, your deposit will not be refunded. If you cancel your booking 3 months (or more) prior to your retreat date you will only be charged the deposit. After this, once you make your second payment (which is due 3 months before your booking) you will not be refunded. If you cancel your booking one month (or less) prior to the start of your retreat you are liable to pay the entire cost of your original booking (given that you will have already paid 50% in deposits, you will need to pay the remaining 50%).


Our venue and equipment are checked before and after every booking. You are liable to pay for any breakages or damages incurred by you or your guests during your stay.
