Accommodation Details

The studio can accommodate 20 people.
In addition to the main site that can accommodate 14 people, there are two adjacent villas to our property that can accommodate up to 8 people (so in total we can host up to 22 people). Each villa has two bedrooms (one twin and one double) with ensuit bathrooms. You can hire one or both of these villas additionally to Armonia depending on the number of people and the needs of your group. Furthermore there are more accommodation options nearby for people who don’t like shared arrangements. The price varies depending on the season and number of days of your booking so please get in touch to arrange a short call where we can discuss your requirements in detail.

Extras, Additional Services and Equipment

The agreed fee includes everything that is listed on our Facilities page. For any Extras, you are responsible to arrange and pay for the additional services or equipment that you may need, in advance. For more complex requirements, we are happy to help you if we are able to, for an additional fee. Please get in touch well in advance of your booking to discuss your specific needs.

Arrival & Departure

On the first day of your retreat, you can arrive from 2pm onwards. On the last day of your retreat, you must empty all bedrooms by 10 am and leave the site by 12 pm.

Cleaning arrangements

For 7-night bookings the bedsheets and towels are changed once. If your booking is less than 7 nights and you require changing of sheets and towels it comes at an additional cost of €200 for all beds or €20 per bed. Please let us know your specific requirements well in advance.

Kitchen Use

If you wish to prepare your own food instead of hiring one of our cooks, you may use the Kitchen for an additional €100 per day.

Terms of Payment

In order to secure your booking we need to receive a deposit of 25% of your entire booking cost. This includes your Hiring Fee as well as any Extras. The second payment is an additional 25% of the total booking cost, to be transferred 3 months prior to the date of your retreat. The final payment (the remainder of the total amount) is to be transferred two weeks before the start of the retreat.

Terms of Cancellation

If you cancel your booking within 72 hours of paying the deposit you will receive a full refund. After this, your deposit will not be refunded. If you cancel your booking 3 months (or more) prior to your retreat date you will only be charged the deposit. After this, once you make your second payment (which is due 3 months before your booking) you will not be refunded. If you cancel your booking one month (or less) prior to the start of your retreat you are liable to pay the entire cost of your original booking (given that you will have already paid 50% in deposits, you will need to pay the remaining 50%).


Our venue and equipment are checked before and after every booking. You are liable to pay for any breakages or damages incurred by you or your guests during your stay.
